# Fieldwork — landscaping and garden care content workbook

For the builder and the business owner. Fieldwork is fictional. Use verified business facts; keep private customer records, gate codes, property security details and private site notes out of the public settings file.

## Business and inquiry route

| Detail | Verified answer |
| --- | --- |
| Business name and person approving website facts | |
| Service area and limits | |
| Customer-facing hours and time zone | |
| Public inquiry/booking link | |
| Business phone and whether texts are accepted | |
| Information needed to assess a request | |
| When a site visit is needed and any agreed charge | |
| How a quote is approved and work scheduled | |
| Actual weather/cancellation/rescheduling process | |

## Each service

Replace the examples with the business’s real offer. The three homepage choices must match the three service sections in the same order.

| Detail | Garden care | Seasonal reset | Planting refresh |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Actual service name and homepage choice label | | | |
| Areas and tasks included | | | |
| Tasks excluded | | | |
| Garden size/condition covered | | | |
| Frequency or project occasion | | | |
| Verified starting price or estimate-only | | | |
| Materials, plants and delivery included in that price | | | |
| Waste type/volume/handling and separate charge | | | |
| Access requirements to discuss privately | | | |
| Duration, work window or how timing is agreed | | | |
| How extra work and substitutions are approved | | | |

Leave unknown prices blank. Zero is a price, not a placeholder. State what any displayed price includes. Do not imply unlimited waste removal, a guaranteed completion date or plant survival when those have not been agreed.

## Preparation and expectations

- What information and photos should customers share through the actual inquiry channel?
- Which areas are included and how are priorities recorded?
- Who approves plants, materials, quantities and substitutions?
- Who arranges access, parking, pets and any restrictions?
- What is the actual waste-handling arrangement?
- How are changes in weather, site conditions or scope communicated?
- What aftercare information and any written guarantee does the business actually provide?

This workbook gathers the business’s policies. It does not establish technical landscaping specifications or advise customers on regulated or specialist work. List specialist exclusions accurately.

## Imagery and evidence

Record each image’s owner, permission, caption and whether it depicts actual completed work. The supplied garden is AI-generated, not a client project. Preserve its disclosure in evaluation and obtain authorized project imagery for a real portfolio. Omit unverifiable environmental benefits, reviews, qualifications, insurance and performance claims.

## Finish and hand off

Write a specific headline and introduction. Explain what happens after an inquiry. Review fixed HTML statements and metadata as well as settings. Search the website files for Fieldwork and Golden before launch.

Record ownership of domain and hosting, the confirmed inquiry destination and recipient, an authorized delivery test when actually performed, editing responsibility, agreed support and known recurring costs. A field being filled in does not prove a check passed. Download an honest draft from the handoff builder if work remains.
