Customers provide safe off-street space, water and electricity and remove personal belongings. Changes due to weather are arranged with the customer. Additional work requires agreement first. An inquiry is not an appointment; the business confirms the estimate and date separately.

## Exercise

1. Extract the kit and make a working copy. Open website/practice.html.
2. Choose “Open setup with the sample brief.”
3. Change the headline to “A FRESH START.” followed by a new line and “FOR EVERY DRIVE.”
4. Change The Outside Reset starting price to 99.50. Keep The Full Reset price empty.
5. Download site-config.js. Replace that file in your working copy’s website folder, keeping the exact filename.
6. Open or refresh the homepage and services page in your working copy. Check the name, area, new headline, $99.50 starting price, estimate-only Full Reset and retained illustration disclosure. Demo contact actions should remain disabled.
7. Open documents/client-handoff/index.html. Enter the sample business, describe the placeholder inquiry route and record missing real details. Download a draft.

## Handoff remains a draft

Still missing: real website address, domain and hosting owners, actual inquiry link and delivery proof, authorized client photography, agreed support terms and commercial-use approval. Do not mark those checks complete. This exercise does not publish a website, connect Korvo, deliver a lead or send a client message.
