# Day One — personal-training content workbook

For the builder and business owner. Day One is fictional. Use verified business facts. Do not put health records, screening responses, injury details, passwords or private client notes in the public settings file.

## Business and inquiry route

| Detail | Verified answer |
| --- | --- |
| Business name and person approving website facts | |
| Location, service area and any venue arrangements | |
| Customer-facing hours and time zone | |
| Public inquiry or booking link | |
| Business phone and whether texts are accepted | |
| What happens after the first inquiry | |
| Where private onboarding or screening takes place | |
| Actual qualifications and permission to publish them | |
| Actual cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival policy | |

## Each coaching option

The three homepage choices must match the three service sections in the same order. Replace examples with the actual offer.

| Detail | One-to-one coaching | Train together | A first conversation |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Actual name and homepage choice label | | | |
| Who this format serves and participant count | | | |
| Session location and format | | | |
| Session length and scheduling arrangements | | | |
| What is included and excluded | | | |
| Actual price, package size and payment schedule | | | |
| Any introductory-call fee | | | |
| Between-session support and its limits | | | |
| Equipment and access arrangements | | | |
| Cancellation, expiry and rescheduling terms | | | |
| How changes are reviewed and agreed | | | |

Leave unconfirmed prices blank. Zero is an actual price, not a placeholder. State whether a price covers a session, both partners or a package. Do not imply unlimited support, guaranteed results or a free introductory session unless these are actual, approved terms.

## First steps and expectations

- What practical preferences and goals should an initial conversation cover?
- What is agreed before a paid session or package begins?
- Which private onboarding channel handles health or screening information?
- Who confirms location, access, equipment, format and scheduling?
- What happens if either partner cannot attend a shared session?
- How are plans and support arrangements reviewed?
- Which services are outside the trainer’s actual professional scope?

Record the business’s approved process; this workbook is not a health questionnaire, exercise prescription or medical assessment. Avoid claims about treatment, rehabilitation or guaranteed physical changes.

## Imagery and evidence

Record each image’s owner, permission and caption. The supplied illustration is AI-generated and depicts a fictional adult, not the trainer, a client or a training result. Retain its disclosure during evaluation. Obtain authorized real imagery before presenting photographs as the business’s people or premises. Never invent testimonials, client results or credentials.

## Finish and hand off

Write a specific headline and introduction. Review fixed HTML statements and page metadata as well as settings. Search the website files for Day One and Boulder before launch.

Record domain and hosting ownership, the actual inquiry destination and recipient, authorized delivery evidence when checked, editing responsibility, agreed support and known recurring costs. Completing a field does not prove a check passed. Download an honest draft handoff while work remains.
