A FICTIONAL CLIENT PROJECT

Their pace.
Their own starting point.

Try this brief in a copy of the extracted kit. Preview mode stays enabled. No real inquiry, booking or publication is part of this exercise.

The client: Common Pace

A fictional coaching business in Longmont. Area: Longmont · By arrangement. Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm Mountain Time. Descriptor: Personal coaching.

Headline: A little time for you. Introduction: Make space for training in the week you actually have. We’ll talk about your priorities and agree a place to begin.

Keep options in order. Rename them Your own session, Bring a partner and Talk it through. Use homepage labels Time for me, Time together and A conversation first.

Leave all starting prices blank. For this exercise, retain the example inclusions and exclusions but mark real session scope, prices, locations and policies as unverified.

Route: existing inquiry tool, “Get in touch.” Use https://example.com/coaching-inquiry as a placeholder only. Leave phone empty and texts off. Keep the generated training illustration and its disclosure.

Make it, save it, reopen it.

  1. Enter this brief in guided setup. Download site-config.js before leaving.
  2. Replace the file of that exact name inside your working copy’s website folder. Keep the original kit as a backup.
  3. Refresh both local website pages. Expect Common Pace, Longmont · By arrangement, the new headline and three “Request an estimate” prices.
  4. Choose each homepage option and follow its link. The first choice must open the first renamed service, the second the second and the third the third.
  5. Reopen the saved export in setup. Review Common Pace in the summary, apply it and confirm every name and choice label remains.
  6. Keep real contact actions disabled. The example.com placeholder is not the real client’s inquiry route.
  7. Review fixed HTML and metadata. Do not add invented qualifications, client outcomes, testimonials or medical claims.

Record what still needs doing.

Open the client handoff builder in the package’s documents folder. Record Common Pace and the placeholder route. Leave actual delivery proof, device checks, account access and commercial-use approval incomplete.

Remaining work: approved coaching scope, actual prices and policies, private onboarding process, real inquiry destination, domain/hosting ownership, authorized imagery, commercial terms and agreed support. Keep private health and screening information out of the settings and handoff. Export the handoff as a draft.

This exercise helps you try the kit. It is not independent buyer acceptance or demand validation.

Return to the handoff later

In the kit’s client handoff builder, record the fictional business and leave unperformed checks unticked. Choose Save editable draft. In a fresh copy of the same handoff builder, select that .json file, review the project name and choose Use this draft. Confirm your notes and incomplete checks return, then make one change and save a new draft.

Keep this editable draft for your own project work. Use Download handoff document for the readable document. Both are local downloads; neither contacts the client or approves a launch.
